Magenta Pay is a digital payment service from the Deutsche Telekom Group and is provided by Telekom Payments S.A. You can use Magenta Pay to make secure payments and earn 1% cashback. In addition to the app with smart features for your finances, you'll receive the free Magenta Pay Card. You can add the virtual Visa debit card to your Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Garmin Pay wallet and use it to pay conveniently anywhere, for online purchases, in stores, at cafés, and more.

With Magenta Pay, you get a virtual Visa debit card. You can manage everything from your phone using the app. You can get the virtual card easily, quickly, and completely free of charge. To help you better manage your expenses, you can get two more cards for free, for example for your personal purchases or family budget.

To get a card, go to the “Cards” section of the Magenta Pay app. Select the virtual card there. The card will be ready within a few minutes.

You can make transactions anytime, anywhere, for example from your phone or your smartwatch. You can use it for online purchases, in stores, and for withdrawing cash from ATMs that support contactless transactions. To do this, simply add your card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Garmin Pay.

Add funds to your wallet by tapping on “Top up” in the “Wallet” section of the Magenta Pay app. Then use your credit card, debit card, or bank account to transfer money to your Magenta Pay account. Tip: Set up a standing order to ensure you always have enough funds in your account or to better control your spending.

When you pay using the Magenta Pay Card, you'll get 1% of the purchase amount back every time. For every euro spent, you will receive one coin. 100 coins are equal to €1. You can redeem the coins you've collected for credit that is immediately available in your wallet.

Download the PAGOPACE app, set up your PAGO, and select Magenta Pay as your payment method. Then confirm activation of your Magenta Pay Card and enter the activation code you received in the PAGOPACE app to complete setup. After that, your PAGO will be ready for contactless payments.

Fidesmo Pay is the service that links the Magenta Pay Card to PAGO. Fidesmo Pay enables contactless payments using wearables like rings, bracelets, or watches.

The limits of the connected Magenta Pay Card apply to payments you make with your PAGO. By default, the daily transaction limit is €600. If you want to change your limit, you can view and adjust it at any time in the “Cards” section of the Magenta Pay app under “Transaction limit”.

For security reasons, we may ask for your Magenta Pay Card PIN in certain situations, such as when your purchase total exceeds €50. This is how we ensure that only you can use your PAGO for payments.

Your Magenta Pay Card PIN is stored in the “Cards” section of the Magenta Pay app under “Settings”. Select “Card PIN” there to display it. For security reasons, it is only displayed for a brief time.
