Please understand that there may be delays around public holidays.
Measuring template
We usually send the measuring templates as a letter and therefore without a tracking number, even if your email states otherwise. Letters cannot be delivered to a parcel locker (Packstation).
Please note that postal delivery can sometimes be delayed depending on volume. If you have not received your measuring template after 7 days, we will be happy to send you a new one.
If needed, fill in the contact form and include your correct address again just to be safe, so we can take care of your request as quickly as possible.

If a product is currently unavailable, you can place a pre-order on the website. You'll find this information in your order confirmation email. Shipping usually takes 6 to 10 weeks.
