Because personalised products are made especially for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Art. 16(c) EU Consumer Rights Directive; Sec. 312g German Civil Code), so exchanges and returns are excluded. Your real card details are never transmitted, the PAGO uses an encrypted token for every payment and is certified by Visa and Mastercard. Payments only happen deliberately: with the right hand position and just a few centimetres from the terminal. Small amounts go through without a PIN, larger ones are confirmed with your PIN at the terminal as usual. And if the ring ever gets lost, you block it with one click in the PAGO app.
